Discovering Dad Diet Plan - The Butt is Back

OK. So, I didn’t post anything last week about the size of my butt, which I am trying hard to reduce (along with my gut) before summer gets here. I skipped a post last week due to the What Moms Really Think series and all of the great conversations. No need to stink things up with pictures of my ass.

I got a lot of advice about my killer diet two weeks ago.

NukeDad said that I should drink more water and less diet soda. OK. Sounds easy enough. I’ve been a camel for the past 2 weeks, and I haven’t had a soda in 10 days.

He also said that I should eat more not less, with smaller portions and spread out throughout the day. Alright. Check - doin’ it.

BusyDad said that I should exercise more and drink more beer. Great! Done, and done.

PG said I should stop drinking so much coffee. Whoa, now. Let’s not get crazy here! I did cut back from 5-7 cups a day to 3-4 cups a day though, so I made an effort.

So, what was the result of following these expert diet opinions (short video):
