Happy New Year!  It’s hard to believe that we’ve already experienced the first decade of the 21st Century.  A lot has happened over the past 10 years for me and my family, including the addition of two wonderful kids.  My oldest has also grown from a toddler to a teenager.  Time has passed quickly, yet I am reminded of my blessings daily.

The dawning of a New Year always brings me hope.  And while I’m not one to make resolutions, I do believe in the importance of goals, inspiration and motivation.  To me, it is critical for husbands and fathers to set a positive tone and example for the family, especially during times of uncertainty.
