Discovering Dad Wins Fantasy Football Dad League
It’s official! Discovering Dad has won the Fantasy Football Dad League hosted by fellow dad blogger Pat from Annoyingly Boring! Playing in a fantasy league definitely helps to make the football season more exciting to watch. While my favorite team is the Ravens (my team name is Discover the Ravens), it’s fun to cheer for individual players and talk a little trash on league message boards.

Little kids can get majorly bored. My four-year-old son Michael, when he gets bored (and that’s every night), hops around like a jackrabbit with its tail on fire, bouncing off of this bit of furniture and that, twirling and spinning, knocking over whatever might be in his path. It’s not a pretty sight.

Have You Really Hugged Your Kids Today?
A lot of guys aren’t very comfortable vocalizing their feelings, and some men struggle with showing affection to the ones they love most. An easy way to demonstrate to your children that you love them is to give them a hug. Even when they don’t ask for one, most kids will be more than happy to accept a hug at any time
