You are an excellent parent. I didn't get beyond cookies and pancakes with my kids. When their Dad included them in his cooking efforts I caught all of them eating raw hamburger. She helps out two or three nights a week, or more if there is a way for us to get her involved. The decorating cookies thing is really fun for everyone, with the bonus of cookies in the end!
