It aims to allow the pilot to drive easily on different types of tracks. The Aventon Sinch is suitable for sandy, hilly, snowy or muddy terrain. In fact, its tires are 4 inches (10 cm) wide and have a diameter of 20 inches (50 cm). The bike also has a suspension fork for shock absorption.

A class 2 foldable electric bicycle

The Aventon Sinch is a class 2 electric bicycle. It therefore does not require a driver’s license or insurance (depending on the legislation of your country). Aventon has opted for a foldable design so you can easily store it in the trunk of your car, in a closet or under a desk. Note that in addition to the frame, the handlebars can be folded.

In terms of performance, everything relies on an electric motor identical to that of the Aventon Pace 350, with a power of 500W (750W peak). The manufacturer added a 672Wh (48V, 14Ah) battery from Samsung. All of this provides a range of up to 48 km in electric mode.

In eBike mode, that is, when assistance is activated, the Sinch can cover a maximum distance of 115 km on a single full charge. Speed ​​is limited to 32 km / h in electric mode, but can be unbridled with an option. For France, it will have to be clamped at 25km / h to move freely on the roads.

A reasonable price-performance ratio

Aventon offers us a double butted 6061 aluminum frame, allowing the bike to support a maximum load of 113 kg. The brake system consists of a 180mm Tektro MD-M810 disc mechanism. The Aventon Sinch also has an LCD screen that displays data such as speed, remaining range, power developed by the engine and distance traveled.

For more comfort, five speed levels are available. In addition, the e-bike can accommodate a luggage rack in the front as well as in the rear. All of this obviously comes at a cost. Count $ 1,499, or around € 1,268, to afford this Aventon VAE. A price that nevertheless seems reasonable given the qualities of the machine.
