Getting around by car in big cities can be tricky at times. When you’re stuck in a traffic jam, it’s hard to get out of it! Using an electric scooter or an eBike can be a solution to avoid wasting time in traffic jams.
However, these urban mobility solutions have their limits: they do not protect us from the wind and the rain. Starting from this problematic, the designer Piotr Czyżewski invented a tricycle with a futuristic look that should give us the possibility of moving more comfortably in the city.
A single-seater electric mini-car
The Exo One therefore reconciles the need to be able to continue to move in traffic jams with the need to be sheltered from the vagaries of the weather. This mini-car is barely 2.50 m long, while its height is 1.60 m. Only one person can take shelter in their closed passenger compartment. Czyżewski opted for a single-seater design since the Exo One promises to be a useful vehicle for getting around on a daily basis, that is to say going to work or for shopping, rather than a tourism.
Still in prototype state
In order to leave enough room for luggage, the electric motor is integrated into the rear wheel. You should know that this electric mini-car is currently in the prototyping phase. No precise schedule has been revealed, but the designer aims for a launch within the next five years. The interior has, of course, been treated to meet the demands of contemporary users in terms of comfort, technology and functionality. The exterior is no slouch either with lines reminiscent of the iPhone!

A range of 130 km
When it comes to performance, the Exo One should be able to cover 130 km of distance per charge. The vehicle is equipped with solar panels, which allows it to be recharged when stationary or on the move. As if that were not enough, it can be recharged at a conventional charging station or at home.
To restore the full battery capacity, approximately 8 hours of charging is required. On the acceleration side, Piotr Czyżewski promises a 0 to 60 in 3 seconds. A performance that should facilitate maneuvering in traffic jams. Note also that this electric tricycle is equipped with a camera that activates automatically when it is running.
Designer Piotr Czyżewski already stood out a few years ago with his beautiful Peugeot Shine concept car, which can be seen in the video below.
