Decidedly, manufacturers around the world want to have their model of electric motorcycle … These new machines seem to become the essentials of recent months. It is now the turn of the Russian manufacturer Carbogatto to launch the H7 model!

An electric motorcycle with an original style, reasonably equipped, but totally innovative in terms of design. Removable battery, disc brakes and monocoque carbon frame, it weighs only 47 kilos on the scale. A great feat for this Russian manufacturer, little known in France, who intends to export his engine throughout the world.

Carbogatto H7 technical characteristics

It has a direct-drive MXUS engine that is integrated into the rear wheel. The Carbogatto H7 develops a power of 3 kW constant and 6.5 kW at peak for a torque of 85 nM. It goes from 0 to 45 km / h in 6.2 seconds. Its Lithium-Ion battery is removable and has a charge indicator (1150 Wh), it allows a range of 30 to 65 km for a charging time of 5 hours.

On the suspension side, the brand opts for a Rock Shox Monarch RL parallelogram shock absorber at the front. An aluminum swingarm, also at the rear, completes the suspension system. The t700 / t800 carbon fiber monocoque frame weighs only 4.1 kg. Braking is provided by two 254mm discs: 4 pistons at the front and 2 at the rear.

Finally, it will be available in October 2020 with an entry price of € 13,500. Prices soar to over € 17,000 for high-end models. It may be a bit expensive for an L1E approved engine, we could have achieved an equivalent of a 125 engine for this price.
